Emmy and Lindia

Emmy is an itty bitty (5.5lb) orange kitty! Emmy is a second-year Ph.D. student at CMU, advised by Lindia Tjuatja and working remotely from Richardson, TX. She was adopted in 2021 and is FelV+ with some complicated health issues, but she’s a little fighter :) She loves nighttime cuddles and homemade chicken!
Pumpkin and Sharon

Pumpkin is remotely completing a postdoc at Johns Hopkins University from the warm comfort of San Jose, advised by Sharon Levy. Pumpkin likes long walks on the beach and curling up by the fire with a good book… Oh, and eating tuna :)
Coco and Nick

Coco is a third-year PhD student in the Berkeley NLP Group, where she is advised by Nicholas Tomlin. Her research focuses on staring out the window, chasing feather toys, and occasionally going on walks. She also enjoys shredding toilet paper in her spare time. Her work is supported by generous grants from Royal Canin and Purina Pro Plan. Her full list of publications is available at https://www.instagram.com/cococatsf/.
Toast and Lucy

Toast does not have much going on in her head, but she is a PhD student at UC Berkeley. She sometimes gives up and flops on the ground while trotting from one point to another, and she regularly falls off short furniture while trying to climb them. Still, she is a socialite kitty and loves hosting parties where she is the center of attention. Her list of publications can be found at https://www.instagram.com/toast_ragdoll/.
